How the artwork takes shape
The AI agent starts the conversation with questions and answer options prepared for your company and occasion. Participants choose answers or add ideas of their own. The agent develops initial visual proposals for your team to compare and refine.
Our artists help with selection and prepare ideas for practical work with tape or spray paint. Individuals or small groups each create a panel. Shared colours, transitions and composition connect their contributions to the finished piece.
What we prepare with you
Before the workshop, we agree on the theme, group size, overall dimensions and available space. These determine the number and size of panels, materials, preparation and support from our artists.
Tape art needs suitable work surfaces and room to create. For spray paint, we also assess ventilation, protective measures and venue suitability. We plan how the panels will be arranged, transported and mounted with you.
What you take away
The separate panels form a transportable artwork that can be displayed in a shared office space, for example. We agree in advance whether assembly, finishing, transport or installation are part of the project.
This format suits a shared visual goal and a connected final piece. Contributions and transitions need coordination; individual creative choices sit within the composition the team has chosen.
What affects the cost
The main factors are participant numbers, panel quantity and size, materials, design preparation and time with our artists. Assembly, finishing, packing, transport, display and any installation also affect the work involved.
Compared with a series, a large composition may require more coordination and installation planning. A series of many elaborate individual pieces may need more material and packaging. Neither format is automatically cheaper. We prepare a quote around your specific requirements.
