WHY THIS WORKSHOP

Working with AI can be fun.

Many companies already have AI tools and training. Even so, getting started is still hard for some employees. Some use AI every day, others are still unsure or sceptical.

That is exactly where our KI & Art Workshop comes in. Instead of just talking about AI, your team works with an AI agent itself – and gets creative together. No prompting skills needed, but with professional guidance, street art and plenty of fun in making things.

01

Make AI approachable.

The AI agent takes the first step and guides participants through developing ideas with questions and answer options. Everyone can join in right away – even without AI experience or prompting skills.

02

Use AI yourself.

Contribute your own ideas, rate suggestions, ask for changes: participants learn how easily they can work with an AI agent and shape its results through their own decisions.

03

Get creative together.

Different minds, different ideas. The team exchanges thoughts, experiments and creates together. It doesn’t matter who knows the most about AI or who draws or paints best.

04

Real art. Self-made.

The ideas become artworks that your employees create with their own hands – as one large shared composition or as individual pieces.

HOW IT WORKS

Step 1

The AI agent makes the first move.

The AI agent opens the conversation with questions we tailor in advance to your company and the occasion. It offers answers to choose from, and your team decides or brings its own ideas. So everyone can join in right away, with no prompting skills needed.

Step 2

See the first concepts and build on them together.

From the answers, the AI agent develops first designs – with different motifs, colours and styles. The team looks through the suggestions and says what it would like to change.

Step 3

Compare, choose and develop.

Participants choose their favourites. The AI agent adjusts the designs based on their feedback. Our artists then prepare them for working with tape or paint.

Step 4

This is where it gets real.

Now it’s time to get hands-on. Participants create their artworks using tape, paint or spray cans, with guidance and practical tips from our artists.

THE OUTCOME

What your team takes away.

The workshop combines experience with a tangible result. The team has worked with an AI agent, decided together and turned ideas into art.

01Hands-on with an AI agentChoose answers, bring in ideas, change designs – instead of just watching.

02A team experience with substanceDiscuss, laugh, decide – together as a team.

03Artworks you made yourselvesTape or spray, as one shared composition or an individual series.

04The Impact SnapshotIdeas, designs and decisions – compactly documented and included.

IMPACT SNAPSHOT

The ideas behind the artwork.

An artwork shows the result. The Impact Snapshot shows how you got there: Which ideas came from the team? What did the AI agent suggest? What was chosen, changed or dropped?

This compact record captures the ideas, visual directions, decisions and observations, plus photos from the process and the finished artworks. That way you can also present the workshop to colleagues who weren’t there.

NEXT STEPS

And after that?

The workshop ends with finished artworks. But it can also be a starting point for what comes next.

Keep experimenting as a team. Take the experience with the AI agent into everyday work – and keep testing AI.

Involve more groups. Get other teams curious. The Snapshot helps tell the story.

Make it visible in the space. The artworks can be displayed in the office – as a reminder and a conversation starter.

FORMATS

One collective artwork. Or a series of individual works.

The right format depends on your goal, group size and space.

A group stands and sits in front of a large tape art mural of a silver sports car assembled from eight panels; several hold rolls of tape

One collaborative artwork

Each person creates their own module, and together the modules form one shared artwork. A good choice when you want one visible result for the office, an offsite or an internal event.

A group stands and sits in front of six individual tape art pieces with sports motifs in a shared colour palette of blue, red and yellow

Individual works as a series

Each person creates their own piece. A shared colour palette, a theme or a visual language ties the works together. They can be displayed as a series or taken home individually.

TECHNIQUES

Tape Art or Spray Art?

We choose the medium to suit the space, the team and the desired result. You’ll find more examples on our Tape Art page and in our classic workshops.

Tape Art

With Tape Art, even people with no drawing experience can get started straight away. Coloured tapes can be applied precisely and are usually easy to adjust. No spray mist or paint splashes – an unusual technique that works particularly well for workshops in the office.

Graffiti & Spray

Spray cans can create large areas of colour and soft gradients more quickly than tape. The spray can is part of Berlin’s graffiti and street art culture. It does need more space and preparation, though – outdoors works best, with indoor sessions by prior arrangement only.

GOOD TO KNOW

FAQ

The key answers before you get in touch. Something missing? Ask us directly.

No. We tailor the AI agent to your company, the workshop theme and your goals in advance. It starts with simple, sometimes playful questions and offers answers to choose from. Your team picks an option or adds ideas of its own. The first designs take shape without anyone having to write prompts.

Both, but not a conventional course. Your team develops and refines visual ideas with an AI agent, then makes the chosen designs into physical artworks with guidance from our artists. The focus is on doing, not sitting through a presentation.

Group size depends on the format, venue and support needed. Tell us how many people you have in mind and we’ll suggest a suitable setup.

Before the workshop, we discuss which AI service will be used, how it processes inputs and what will be documented in the Impact Snapshot. That way, you know what the team will be using and what will be recorded.

No. Our standard formats use portable panels or individual canvases. Working directly on a wall is possible as a bespoke option by prior arrangement.

Yes. The collective artwork can stay with your company. Individual pieces can be displayed together or taken home by participants. The Impact Snapshot is included.

At your workplace, as part of an offsite or at a suitable event venue. We agree the space, materials and practical arrangements with you beforehand.

Yes. We can run the workshop in German or English. Just tell us which language you prefer when you enquire.
